Commercial Managing Director within the Volito Industri Group
We are looking for a commercially driven MD to lead a portfolio company within Volito Industri and play a key role in establishing a new product area within one of our business units.
This is a unique opportunity to combine a strong commercial leadership with full P&L responsibility and hands-on business building in a growth-oriented environment.
You will lead by example and stay close to customers and the business.
This is a sales role combined with MD responsibility. Whether you are already a commercially minded MD—or a high-performing, ambitious sales leader ready to step up—this could be your next career move.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Sales Leadership
- Full sales responsibility
- Personally drive sales in Sweden and support Nordic markets
- Develop key customer relationships and expand existing accounts
- Identify and capture new business opportunities
Business & Operational Leadership
Act as Managing Director and
- Lead and develop teams in Sweden and Finland
- Build and scale the Nordic organization as part of a growing group
- Ensure alignment between sales, service and supply chain
Strategic Development
- Drive growth in line with group strategy with focus on post-M&A integration
- Strengthen market position
Who you are
- A top-performing B2B salesperson or commercial leader
- Background and experience from relevant technical or industrial environment (e.g. engineering, R&D or procurement).
- Strong customer network within the industry is highly valued
- Ready to take the next step into a broader leadership role
- Hands-on, structured, and relationship-driven
Requirements
- Ability to lead business discussions and negotiations in Swedish and English
- Willing to travel across the Nordics
- Finnish language skills are a plus
